The apartment is a 12 minute drive from the beach and close to plenty of grocery stores. We do live on a busy street so it can get noisy.
The neighbors are pretty respectful. The other 2 are out most of the time. When home they mosty keep to themselves but they wil say hi . The guy will move out by August and find someone to replace him.
The cats in the pictures are mine and will be moving with me.
I will have the carpet in the room cleaned before you move in. You may be able to move in a few days early, free of charge. I am just looking for a kind person to take over so the current roommates don't have to worry about rent.
