There’s a fitness center, clubhouse and basketball and volleyball courts. There is a lot of lush greenery around their gorgeous grounds to relax like you’re at a park. There are also elevators on the property.
The building is very close to the beach: a 5 minute drive, or 20-minute walk. There is a Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Sprouts & Target very close by. The Huntington Bach Pier shops, downtown & restaurants is a less than 10 minute drive! Also easy access to hiking and biking trails.
The only utilities are gas, electric and internet. Dogs/cats are allowed. You’d have your own designated parking spot included.
