— THE PLACE: I am looking to rent out the spacious master bedroom of my 2bed/2bath condo. The unfurnished master bedroom comes with a recently remodeled en suite bathroom, as well as blackout curtains and a walk-in closet. Fresh paint in the master bedroom and bathroom. Unit has been recently remodeled with vinyl plank flooring throughout and new baseboard trim. Full-size laundry and storage space in the garage. Plenty of parking available in the neighborhood (unfortunately no garage parking, it’s occupied by my vehicles), and neighborhood pool & jacuzzi are available for use.
The property is located close to the Garden Grove Main St (which hosts car shows and farmers market every week), GG Costco, GG amphitheater, SteelCraft GG, and many good restaurants for you foodies out there.

—ME: I’m a full time student in their 30’s and also work at an animal clinic, and I have 2 sweet kitties.

—YOU: Not allergic to cats. Neat, tidy, and clean. Pays rent on time. Respectful of the house rules and other peoples property. Men and women, all genders and sexual orientation welcome. Please no children. Please no additional pets (unless something like fish or reptile. Maybe one more cat is ok, depending on the temperament of your kitty).

— THE NITTY GRITTY: $1400 for a single occupancy with $1000 security deposit, $1800 for double occupancy with $1200 security deposit. All utilities included in the rent. You can work from home (ie remote job) but may NOT run any type of business from the unit (not allowed by HOA). 420 friendly, but absolutely no smoking in the house. Proof of income, background checks, and references will be required (I’m scarred by awful roommates who caused property damage and vandalism). Thank you for your understanding!

I currently do have renters occupying the room, but the lease will end towards the end of October so I’m hoping to find a good match by then!
