Cedarhills Estates is in Fullerton, near 57 and Imperial Highway. The mobile home community has a heated swimming pool, hot tub and clubhouse with a social committee who plan events.

You'd have a lockable 12 x 15' bedroom with a large closet. It has lots of built-in rods, cubbies and shelves for clothes and storage. There is enough room for a king bed, even with a comfy chair beside it. There is existing wiring to connect your own TV. Both rooms have been completely refurbished and painted. Newly-installed wall-to-wall carpeting completes the clean, comfortable space.

The large Hollywood bathroom is quite a surprise. It's 10' x 12', with two sinks, a shower/tub combination, and a large bureau for towels, linens and more storage. Between the sinks, there is a surface where you can work on your computer. Or perhaps you will use it as a vanity, with cosmetics stored in the many drawers under the gold countertops.

Your host and housemate is a 73-year-old active male, who divides his time between playing duplicate bridge, traveling and working out at the gym. He welcomes you into the common areas of the house - there are two large cabinets in the modern kitchen for your own dishes and groceries, and you have use of the kitchen anytime.

The washer and dryer are also available anytime. You might also choose to use the living room, sunroom or private patio. You'll have a shared key to the clubhouse, so you can use those facilities anytime you wish. You will even have a lockable storage shed reserved just for your things.
