We are a semi-retired couple with 2 bedrooms available for rent to medical professionals, interns, or UCI students.

Semi private bathroom if both rooms are occupied with a tenant

Single occupant only

Background check required paid by tenant

No overnight guests. Additional nightly charge if accommodated by landlord

Refundable deposit if all furnishings/room are close to the same condition as move-in and all fees are up to date upon move out. Example: Rent and/or any approved guest accommodation fees

Ample street parking across from home

No smoking in or around home

No pets

Tenant(s) responsible to maintain living and bathroom areas. For an additional fee upon tenant request, the landlord can clean and maintain the bathroom area only. We will not enter rooms during the duration a tenant has it occupied.

AC units are individually controlled in each room. Please shut off when leaving the room/home if used

Internet, utilities included

Laundry and kitchen access. *Toiletries, food, laundry needs are not included with rent

The home is pretty quiet for the most part. An exception: due to the landlord's work schedule there may be TV and food prep noise heard after 11:00 p. m.

Landlord has one teacup chihuahua and one bearded dragon (reptile)

We have minimal visitors, with adult children or grandkids visiting from time to time

Family friendly neighborhood. Plenty of eateries and shopping nearby
