Really nice updated owners unit. No shared walls. 3 bedroom 2 bath. Keeping the 3rd room a spare for guest and work out etc. really solid landlord, amazing neighbors. 2 miles from the beach, killer plaza next door with Target and a delicious sandwich shop. You get your room (normal size) and a bathroom with tub / shower. The house is super nice. Washer and dryer inside, you have normal living access to living, kitchen and all that. I don’t want a weird situation. Just be cool. I’m a 41 year old male who works in the outdoor rec space, really into old Harley’s, cycling, camping, the river / boating. Drinks and smoking is fine just don’t be a lush or total pothead dumping your stinky bong water down the kitchen sink, do not bring the party home. Male or female is fine, just have a solid job and don’t be weird. No couples or pets please. I love dogs but have a couple dogs that will be staying with us every now and then. Street parking, and just a little garage storage.
