Gym, pool, jacuzzi, pet wash, dog park, bbq grill in pool area. Gated garage parking (one spot), key fob needed to enter all property amenities. Maintenance answers calls in very timely manner.

4th floor, elevator and stair accessible.
Full shared kitchen access, stove, refrigerator, microwave, cabinet space. Living room high ceiling, plenty of natural light, access to balcony. Spiral stairs lead to den area, used for extra storage space. Washer and dryer in apartment.

Bedroom includes private full bathroom with large bathtub shower, and walk in closet. Utilities split between us, will include WIFI, gas, electricity, trash, and water.

Requirements:

New roommate(s) will be added to lease and be asked to submit an application that includes credit check, income verification, and may be subject to additional deposit depending on credit status. MUST MAKE 2.5Xs THE RENT, $4550 a month. Rent is split right down the middle.
