Beautiful home, very peaceful and an incredible neighborhood. Where everyone knows everyone and we all have each other backs. Nothing goes unnoticed and that should make you feel very safe.
No over night guests.
If you have a significant other let me get to know that person for several months before I wake up to find some person in my kitchen that I don't really know.... lol
Non smokers for sure, sorry.
Please be cool and normal, not a
conspiracy theory weirdo stressed out freak, and be about peace and love not hate and separation.
You must love animals, I have three dogs. And you have to love them or it won't work.
Also introverts that come home and hide in their room all day please do not apply, it's extremely unsettling and in uncomfortable to have a roommate that hides and you barely know.
We do not need to be best friends and hang out all the time but no hermit crabs here please. That's not my style. Sorry not here !
The room is giant and has a closet and large storage up in the attic above. The room
Is roughly 26x16 it's a big room.
Please be chill and clean and help out. I do t expect you to do the garden but I also don't want to ask you to help clean, have initiative please.
This may sound a bit harsh but im filtering the slackers from the get go, don't waste your time or mine I'm too busy.
