Beautiful home features resort style living, tranquil fountain right outside bedroom window, quaint, beautiful backyard, garden, sitting area with ocean view. Walk to several beaches or near by Dana Point Harbor, with lots of restaurant. Walking trails nearby yet very quiet neighborhood. Includes professional cleaning every two weeks. What makes my home unique is the location, you can walk to just about any place stores, restaurants, the beach! Comfortable tranquil, tidy, quiet home to retreat to, Must work outside home.

I am a Christian, easy going, , l like to cook, I try to eat heathy, live a healthy life style no alcohol, I love to travel, live music, paddle board, walk/hikes, boating, pickle ball, pretty much any outdoor activity.
I am a very active person however when home I really love to chill and enjoy my lovely home its very tranquil.
Dana point is a great place to be, I feel very blessed! I am organized and clean. It matters very much to share my home with a person that has some of the same values, and is tidy. I am very respectful of others. Some of the things I would ask is no over night guest, no smoking or vaping of any kind, must work outside of the home, (however, available to discuss each situation).
I believe that home needs to feel very comfortable for both people and a wonderful space to retreat after a long days work.
