We have two rooms available with private full bath, each for a single occupant. Rental is month to month with a three month commitment minimum. Currently living in this beautiful four bedroom home are two mature occupants, soon to be you and one more soon to be tenant. Due to allergies, we can not accommodate pets.

🏠Second room is on the second floor. Room is unfurnished with private full bath. Bedroom contains ceiling fan, large double closet, reading nook and balcony.

• Light main kitchen privileges. Tenats have private access to separate fridge, microwave, and pantry space in garage.
