Private master bedroom and bath available in Costa

Private room and bath for rent at the Cape Apartments in Costa Mesa, 3 bed 2 bath!

Room and complex info:
-Two closets
-plenty of storage in and out of the unit.
-One car garage parking would be yours + plenty of guest parking
-Laundry out of unit but on site
-Pool and hot tub are on the property +direct access to a park!
-Unit has private patio off of livingroom
-Guest, alcohol, *** (outside), LGBTQ+ friendly
-2 cats live here, no additional pets please

The current roommates are moving out, so this will be a takeover for the last month of the lease, plus the signing of a new one year lease.

We are open to couples especially, but would consider a single person. We pay all utilities, usually around $50-60 a person, but this may be closer to $75-100 if there are only three people.

The roommates staying are both 26, female, working full-time (bartender, fashion industry), and very friendly!

Looking to fill the room asap, especially before 6/26 to sign the new lease, otherwise the rent will increase. The rest of the month of June can be worked out with the roommates leaving. Please let me know if you are interested!
