Hello, I am seeking a new roommate, preferred female. Available to move in now, or ASAP. The home is 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms, and is in Costa Mesa. I am a professional female looking for same. Background check, Credit check, and Reference of previous landlord will be required. The room for Rent is $1295 includes Utilities & WIFI. Once approved An $800 deposit is required. I am an outgoing, Christian women of faith, seeking roommates who are clean and respectful. I also love volunteering to feed the homeless, foster kids, and our military families. As roomies, you are always welcome to join me on a volunteer event, to pay it forward:)

The home has all the amenities: walk-in closet, white plantation shutters, washer, dryer, and AC. All rooms are upstairs on the 2nd floor.

• A private bedroom and a large shared restroom, with your own cabinets, a large walk in closet, and same floor laundry room.
• Access to kitchen, living room and nice backyard common space with patio seating and lounge chairs.
• Plenty of parking spaces, a large driveway and gated community..
• Less than 3 miles from beautiful Newport Beach, many near by grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants. Near the 55 fwy, 73 fwy and 405 fwy.
• Clean, and respectful roommates & plenty of small clean dogs who give lots of smooches!🙂
• I leave my Christian music playing in background low volume 24/7😊and prayer available 24/7♡
• I host bible study once a month for small life group.
