Hello, I am looking for a new roommate ready to move in ASAP and take over the 2nd room in my apartment. I have a Master Bedroom with private bathroom available for rent NOW!

The Master Bedroom has a walk-in closet with private access to your own bathroom and patio. You will also get a reserved underground gated parking spot.

(If you are looking to move NOW we can prorate the remaining days for this month.)

I am looking for someone who is reliable and responsible, and doesn’t have a work at home situation. NO pets. This room is only for one person (sorry if you wanted to share), but we are willing to accept couples for an extra $200/month.

It is very nice here. Imagine waking up to a resort-type environment. You will feel great coming home. The location is perfect in many ways because it is located right near the 405 freeway, John Wayne Airport, many popular malls, restaurants, entertainment, grocery stores, and 10-15 mins away from Huntington/Newport Beach.

Little info about us:
We are a young couple both in our late 20’s, very respectful and keep the common shared spaces clean. I try not to have too many guests over, and it wouldn't be okay to have them over everyday, but unless they stay in your room otherwise, once or twice a week is okay. I try to keep it chill and peaceful after 10 pm. As long as your guests are respectful and stay in your room then there would be no issues/problems.
