Hey I’m Russell and I’m currently one of the roommates in this 4 bedroom 5 bathroom home located in Buena Park. The house was renovated about 4 years ago and includes new countertops, baseboards, appliances, and IN HOME washer/dryer. House has 3 rooms available for rent with the master bedroom having an alternative private entrance through a side gate. The house also has 2 living rooms and each room has its own full bathroom + guest bathroom. Parking is easy with a 2 car garage + driveway and street parking is abundant since house is located in a cul de sac with quiet neighbors. Landlord lives off property and is easily reachable for any help/repairs. The house has always been 2 males / 2 female occupants but I’m open to whatever combo of living if you’re cool. Utilities are shared among roommates and typically are $100-200 each depending on usage. Option available to only have 3 total roommates within home and pay slightly more to compensate having a guest/storage room available.
