Room for rent

4 bedroom house, 1 room is rented out by my cousin. Other room would be yours closest to the bathroom and kitchen. We allow full kitchen access and we have a washer and dryer, willing to provide small storage area in garage for some things as well as cupboard space. Bathroom is shared with 1 female. We have an Akita / German shepherd super friendly. (We maintain the hair but she sheds, so if that’s an issue we are not the house for you.) we have a 4 year old who is crazy chill and just does her thing. She has her own room but if not there in a ur huge backyard or living room. We are home often but out on weeeknds. We have an extra fridge in garage for space as well. Not trying to be the stay in your room roommates, we have become friends with most of our past roommates (not all) but have good communication and expect the same. Message if interested. We have a roommate and her daughter currently in the room and they are trying to find a place to accommodate them both so I would need to give at least 60 days notice for them. So the room would not be available til earliest June 1st
