About the House & Room: Rent: $1,560/month + utilities (split evenly) Private bedroom, shared bathroom Spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen, in-unit laundry Outdoor patio for relaxing, BBQs, and enjoying the ocean breeze Parking available (street or garage) We have a house golf cart so typically we use that rip around on Unfurnished Room (House is furnished in common areas)
