Private room with private bathroom that is right across the hall. Base rent is $1375 with split. Open to couples and doing a 3-way split. Kitchen and hallway have lots of cabinet/storage space. Have a large living room and kitchen are with space for additional furniture. Central unit AC and capability to install internet (former roommate had it previously set up). Pets okay; I have an energetic, friendly and playful schnauzer mix. Open to cats as long as they can get along with dogs. Pet rent adds +$45, lease under 12 months will add about +$50 a month. Utilities can vary, but it works out to about $1500/mo combined with rent. Standard lease is 12 months. Apartment complex has placard parking, small fitness center and pool, pickle ball and tennis courts. Centrally located by 24 Hour Fitness, DisneyLand, Honda Center and Angels Stadium, plus some breweries down the other side of Orangewood.
