Available ASAP Hello there, I have a large room for rent with two closets, heater, a/c, a living room free to customize within reason, and with pre-installed cable courtesy of the complex. Wi-fi and electric bill would be split 50/50 and are not included in the monthly payment advertised. Electric usually comes up to $160-180, due EVERY OTHER month. Wi-fi is about $94 every month. I do have 2 cats which are well maintained and have restrictions on where they are allowed to be. As well as, believe it or not well trained.
I would like someone who communicates well, pays their bills on time, keeps shared spaces clean and doesn't mind me having "company" over. There is one assigned parking spot/garage which is yours to use at all times. I frequent my room, kitchen and restroom(obviously), The living room and patio are yours to do as you wish within reason. There is a no smoking within the complex policy.
