Bedroom has a queen bed, small desk, dresser and smart TV. Newer appliances, flooring, bathrooms etc. Property does have dogs, so please no pets. No overnight guests, no smoking, no parties and no drug use. Must be CLEAN!! No drama!! THIS IS A ROOM RENTAL not a full house rental. You will have a single use bathroom (not shared). Plenty of street parking.
About us: One owner lives in the ADU next door with her husband and daughter along with her dog. The common area of the home is used by owner in ADU. The house is generally used for common area and family or friends that may visit. At this time, we most likely will not be renting other rooms out and the two additional bedrooms will be a guest room and spare/office/play room.
