ROOM FOR RENT - We got 1 furnished decorated room. This is a FAMILY home and we are looking for 1 full-time working female (preferred). It's furnished with a queen bed (new mattress). The room and house are CALM and SAFE. The rooms are conveniently located close to the shared bathroom and laundry room is across the hall.
ALL utilities and Wi-Fi are included in the rent. Free access to laundry room. $350 Deposit is required. This deposit will be returned if the room is left clean and how you found it. Also, you must give a 60 day notice if you're moving out, if less than 60 days, deposit will not be refunded.
We also prefer light cooking and you can have a mini fridge which can be placed in the laundry room.
No extra or overnight guests are allowed, no pets, no drugs, no smoking, drinking in your room only.
There is plenty of street parking & safe if you're coming home late at night.
Month to Month rental. Deposit required. Must bring copy of I. D and 2 of latest paystubs.
