Why live in a shared house full of adults and kids? I have a room with your OWN bathroom, private walkway/entrance, patio. It's like living in a small studio without a kitchen. Has a huge private patio with a small patio table and chairs. Room comes with a dorm fridge and microwave. Two pics with the beds are from a former renter just to show you how the room can be setup.

No access to kitchen and main house. No cooking inside the room but you can do some light outdoor cooking as there's an outdoor outlet you can plug your outdoor induction top. It also has an outdoor sink so you can wash the dishes outdoor.

The house is located in a clean, quiet, safe area of Anaheim. The place is steps from Maxwell Park and Maxwell library with walking/running path, soccer/baseball fields and outdoor exercise equipment. Walking distance to a laundromat and restaurants. I live in the main house.

- 5 minutes from Knott's Berry Farm
- 10 mins to Disneyland,
- 15 minutes from Cal State Fullerton
- Centrally located; 7 minutes from Fwy 5 and 91, close to shops, gyms, malls, etc
- 15 minutes from 405 and 22 Fwys

Rent is $1150 a month and covers utilities, plus high-speed Wi-Fi Internet. What I'm looking for is someone who's:

- Quiet, Responsible, Courteous
- Pays rent on time
- CLEAN, no drugs, and preferably a non-smoker
- Someone who respects my space and property
- Sorry No Pets
- Background check
- Security deposit ($1000) required.
- This is for ONE PERSON only.
- NO more than 1 DAY per week for overnight guest

Parking is never a problem. Please note parking is on the street with permit parking only. I can only give you a single permit parking and not for your guest. Guest parking is on the street and parking enforcement do come occasionally. I'm not responsible for your guest parking tickets. There's some free street parking one block away.

I'm looking for someone who plans to stay for at least a 6 month lease and then month-to-month after that is fine with me. Proof of income, job status required. If this fits what you're looking for, please provide me a brief background of you, your job in your email reply. Thanks.
