- designated parking space for $50 extra
- lots of restaurants, super markets and close to 91 and 5 freeways.

IMPORTANT: 🚨 rent must be paid from the 24 to the 27 (max 28th of each month the latest).

Before writing make sure you can accommodate your payday to be max on the 27th of each month, 🙏

- House Cleaning is shared
- Clean after cooking
- No drama
- 30 day notice before leaving
- No food on rooms to avoid ants and roaches.
- Visits ok until 10pm with previous notice but no overnight guests or parties
- Clean and wash dishes immediately after cooking.
