We are looking to fill the master bedroom with attached bathroom sometime before January 1st. Our ideal roommate is female, could have a young child, no pets. Quiet, respectful, mature. We are a couple and have a small dog and 10 month old baby.
About the room: Detached tub, 2 walk in closets, tons of storage in room, extra space for a sitting area or office divided by a fireplace and half wall, private walk out balcony. Floor to ceiling luxurious curtains. So much light. High ceilings. Room can be rented furnished or not, it’s up to you
Shared space: living room with tv that we hardly use. At home gym with squat bar and free weights.
Fully gated spacious backyard, beautiful park and play structure across the street. Would be open to letting you use our guest bedroom a couple times a year, Robot vac for downstairs.
