Looking for a third roommate to join our 3BR apartment in Woodland Hills. Two of us are already here — I’m Audrie, gap year before med school, and my roommate Laney is at Pierce College. We’re chill, clean, and easy to live with.

The place:

• 3 bed / 2 bath
• In-unit washer & dryer
• 2 parking spots + easy street parking
• Pool & gym access
• Utilities split equally 3 ways

Our vibe:
Busy during the week, relaxed on weekends. We occasionally have friends over — nothing loud or crazy, just low-key hangs. Summers tend to be a bit more social. We’re good friends so the house has a really comfortable, homey feel.

Must haves:
✔️ Clean — this is the big one
✔️ Communicative and direct — no passive aggression
✔️ Respectful and mature
✔️ Okay with occasional guests
🚫 No smoking

Best fit:
Someone hardworking, fun, easy to be around. You don’t have to be our best friend but it’d be great if you’re the kind of person who can just vibe, keep things tidy, and speak up if something’s ever an issue.
