This is a shared space with myself, my 10-year-old son, and our 10lb poodle mix. While my son lives here, the home is tidy and thoughtfully maintained—no toys scattered around or loud play zones. It’s a peaceful, comfortable environment.

First Floor: Spacious living room with plenty of seating and natural light

Second Floor: Bright, well-equipped kitchen with an attached large bonus room—.Separate dining room.

Third Floor:

Available Bedroom: Large second bedroom with lots of light, space for a small home office, and a big walk-in closet

Primary Bedroom: Occupied

Additional Space: A wall was removed from what used to be the third bedroom, creating an open, airy space that is now my son’s room
