Large Room with Private Bath in SFV

Hello. I have a room available in Woodland Hills. It’s a large room with a walk-in closet, and your own detached bathroom. You can look up the complex by googling Fusion Warner Center.

I moved into this apartment about 3 years ago and it was fully furnished. The original roommate is moving out now, so once that roommate leaves, the apartment will have no furniture in the living space :( If you have living room/dining room furniture you can bring it all with you. It will be like your apartment with me as your boarder. I do plan on adding furniture I’m just waiting to figure out the roommate situation.

I am quiet and mostly keep to myself but I am friendly, and if we hit it off we can become great friends. Or, if you’re introverted like me, we can just be to two people who share a space.

I like the common spaces to be clean (no dirt or grime, floors swept, etc.), but I have no problem with people who tend to leave their shoes in the living room or leave a cup in the sink overnight. As long as the place is clean, I’m very laid back about it.

I don’t mind you having people over, I would just ask that you be respectful and keep the noise to a minimum.

I have a sweet cat who gets along with other animals. As long as your pet is friendly with cats, you can bring it with you.

Property management will do a credit and background check.
