Room with private bath available in Woodland Hills

I have a bedroom with private bathroom available in a 3br/2ba condo at the Met Condominiums in Woodland Hills. The room will be available starting March 1st. You will have one gated underground parking spot. All hardwood flooring and recessed lighting. Washer/dryer in the unit. The complex has tons of amenities including 3 pools, 3 spas, fitness center, sauna, tennis courts, a racquetball, and a basketball. The community is gated and has private security roaming all day and night. Unfortunately, no charging station for electric vehicles.

Rent is $1400/month for one person, or $1900/month for two people (all utilities included in rent). This is a no pets unit. Security deposit is $500, but this can be removed with proof of good credit (i. e., creditkarma). Term is month-to-month with no lease obligation. First month rent will be prorated as needed.

The room is currenlty used as a guest room. The room does not come furnished; pics of furnished room are provided for sizing/setup options. Bed in pic is queen (for size reference).

I live in the unit with my wife. I am an engineer in biotech, and she recently finished up grad school at UCLA, and we are looking for someone professional. The middle bedroom is an office, as I work from home 1-2 days per week. We are very easy going and open minded. No cigarettes. We are very clean and have no pets.
