Looking for a female roommate to rent the Master Bedroom in a 2bedroom/1bathroom shared apartment (with two other females), starting October 1, 2024.

Master bedroom is carpeted, has a 2nd room within, two wall closets and overhead cupboards. Has a dresser, table, chair, and futon mattress; but furniture can be thrown away if not needed.

Bathroom is shared.

Rent is $990.31 per month, due before the 1st day of the month.

A security deposit of $1050 is required before move in.

This is month to month lease agreement.

Utilities including internet, gas, electricity/garbage collection are about $120 per month per roommate. Water is included in the rent.

There is a laundry room in the building, on the first floor (coin operated).

Off-street parking is available. (The apartment’s one parking spot is already taken.)

About a mile from UCLA campus—Bus Stops (Blue buses R12, 8, 1 & 761, 4) are right around the corner, and there are supermarkets/restaurants within walking distance.
