Looking for a M/F roommate to move into my Westwood apartment starting August 1st. Open to UCLA graduate students, undergrads, or someone with stable income. My hobbies include reading, trying out boba/ramen spots, working out, clubbing, cooking, and engaging with new music releases. If you align with some of those, great! Apartment Details
- 10 min walk to UCLA
- 1 Bed / 1 Bath
- 12 Month Lease
- $2,450/month ($1,225/person)
- Security deposit is 1 month of rent ($1,225/person)
- Pay monthly for gas, electricity, and internet
- Street-parking available
- Semi-furnished (by me)
- On-site laundry facility

Roommate Requirements
- Must keep the apartment clean and organized
- Will split cost for common household items
- Preference for those who typically go to bed around 10 - 11 PM (except on Fri & Sat)
- Preference for light drinkers/smokers (cannot be done in the apartment)
