UCLA Room for Rent!

Hello! My name is Kyla and I’m a soon-to-be senior at UCLA currently studying Education and Social Transformation. I’m hoping to find a roommate to room in my off-campus apartment! My current roommate is graduating this year, so I’ll have an empty room available for the start of next year. Right now I live in a two bedroom one bathroom unit on Veteran Ave with one room open. It’s approximately a 10 minute drive/25 minute walk to UCLA campus. The apartment is fully furnished, full kitchen, dining area, and large living room space. In terms of utilities, water is covered so I will cover gas and wifi and we will split electricity ($30-40/month). Besides the apartment, the room is comfortable size for one person and has its own private balcony. I will be staying year-round, so you must be okay with an annual lease! This year’s lease will be renewing on September 1st. Let me know if anyone is interested 🙂 Rent: $1722/month Utilities: ~$40/month (we would only split energy every 2 months, all other bill are covered) Pets: No pets now, but a cat may be coming into the apartment! There may be a pet fee if you decide to bring one in Sleep: I go to bed late, usually around 1am or 2am and wake up around 9am in the mornings Guests: I don’t mind guests or partners Lifestyle: I don’t mind any smoking or drinking Tidiness: I’m a relatively neat person, I don’t mind some mess occasionally but I do try my best to keep everything clean!
