Spare Bedroom for Students and Professionals

Renting out our furnished and neat spare bedroom preferably to students, professionals are welcome.
It has it’s own restroom and private entrance.
We are centrally located and close to places of interest such as universities, museums, beaches, hospitals, freeways, shopping malls and the LAX!
We have rented since 2013 mostly to international students who studied mostly in UCLA and Sta. Monica College.
Due to covid, we require that you are vaccinated please.
We also check references.
We are looking for roommates who are clean and respectful of our property and other people.
We are a quiet couple and consider our house a sanctuary and we expect our renters to respect it.
Parties, loud music, sleep overs, drugs, smoking of any kind and alcohol binging are not allowed.
