A large bedroom 15 x 11 is available with a comfortable quality bed, hardwood floors, and three windows overlooking a private enclosed area with a vine covered lattice. The room has a desk area, dining area, fridge, freezer, microwave, elec kettle and pot making it a self-contained space.

The house features hardwood floors throughout with a porcelain tiled kitchen. The laundry area has a large high end Samsung washer and dryer.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
Known as Carthay Square, a historically preserved area with quiet neighbors and well maintained homes. The area is just south of Olympic between La Cienega and Fairfax and centrally located. And there is never a shortage of street parking.

SHOPPING:
The house is close to shopping, restaurants, LACMA. And other areas in walking distance like The Grove, Farmers Market, Wholefoods and Trader Joe’s at Fairfax and 3rd. Tons of restaurants and shops line 3rd St from Fairfax to the Beverly Center.

GETTING AROUND:
Carthay Square is centrally located 5 minutes from the 10 freeway with buses all along Fairfax, Olympic and Pico. Each area of LA is approx. 20 minutes away: north to Hollywood, West to the beach or east to downtown.

For one person that likes a private place that is quiet and neat. The bathroom is shared with a neat male guest in his 30's.
No pets please, we have a quiet cat in the house. Minimum stay is 3 months.
