This house is 2 minutes away from LMU. It is a fairly large room with built in desk/dresser and a large window. It has two closets and plenty of storage. The room is in the closest to the front door. The room will be unfurnished. The house is about 1600 square feet with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Includes a garage and plenty of parking, a dirt patch for extra parking and a shed. It has a bathroom shared with one roommate as well as a full size kitchen, living room and small dining area next to the kitchen. There’s a backyard and large front yard. The renting period is up on May 31st, 2025. I’m leaving because I’m transferring schools this coming spring semester. The roommates are all senior film majors at LMU and are very kind and welcoming. This has been a great experience for me as long as I’ve been here. Male roommate preferred. Thank you.
