This large, freshly painted bedroom is partially furnished(Queen size bed is included, but if you want to bring in your own bed, I don't mind throwing that one out), with new carpet and tons of closet space...and plenty of wall space if you'd like to hang your TV.

A brand new sink and vanity were just installed in the bathroom. The shower/tub and the walls in the shower were just refinished/reglazed, so it's literally brand new. And the bathroom has a fresh coat of paint as well.

This bed and bath is one of two downstairs in this 3bed 3bath townhouse. I reside upstairs and spend most of my time there. I'm a busy personal trainer with a crazy schedule. Scott is a retired educator who lives in the other bedroom downstairs, and is hardly ever around. we are looking for a male roommate who is respectful, clean(does is own dishes), and professional. Laundry is in the building, not in the unit.. and there is a parking spot available as well. We are on Centinela, close to Santa Monica blvd.., not far from both UCLA and the beach. I am open to a temporary stay of 3 months or temporary stay of up to 6 months(then month to afterwards). It's available to see right now. The deposit is just $600.
