Master bedroom 186 square foot room with ceiling fan, AC unit, private shower, sink and toilet, and walk in closet. The room is recently painted and the carpet cleaned. The laundry is in the 6 unit building and comes with a designated 24/7 2 car tandem parking spot.

Rent is $1200 flat due every 1st of the month. This includes gas, electricity, garbage, sewer, water and high speed internet. I am open to short term, month-to-month or long term tenants. First month’s rent + security deposit to move in -- and approval by landlord

The neighborhood is in a very safe neighborhood in WEST LA and is conveniently located between Westwood, Century City and Rancho Park. Great restaurants and stores are 5 minutes away and bus connections to Westwood/UCLA, Beverly Hills, Century City, Hollywood and Santa Monica are close. Very safe, quiet, clean and friendly neighborhood.
