You would have the room pictured, has heat and ac. I will be taking my bed and dressers with me so place will be empty but all things pictured in living room and kitchen will stay.
Roommate staying is a great guy, works in the film industry and bartends also. Big sports fan and likes to go out on weekends. He’s a clean roommate and gets along with just about everyone.
Would like to have someone move in ASAP so I can move into my new apartment and not pay double rent for December. Also rent is ~1320 a month and it’s due the 5th of every month. Utilities are about $115 a person for everything including internet. Open to negotiate a prorated December rent if you can’t move in the 1st.
