There are 7 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in this single family house. My father in his 70s lives there to manage the house. The other tenants are students and working professionals. This is not a party house. Ideal for students and hard working professionals as the house is quiet. You will share the bathroom with 2-3 other housemates.

No pets and no smoking whatsoever. House rule: no dirty dishes in the sink.
Overnight guests are welcome, male or female, maximum 5 nights in a month cumulatively.

There is construction in the backyard. Construction hours are 7am to 4pm Monday to Saturday every week. Looking for a tenant who doesn't mind construction noise. Construction doesn't affect the use of kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, wifi/utilities.
