It’s a mice sized room with its own private entrance to the parking lot, where you can park if you own a vehicle.

Enough room for us both to have our own desks comfortably.

Bills tend to be around $60 a month total or less. Very cheap.

Rent is $650 monthly.

If you’re a student, your parents can sign for you instead!

(So you’d be paying $650 for First, and $650 for your refundable security deposit, plus $40 for your background check) Very cheap!

Move in date is Soon, the 18th!

You’d be splitting the room in half and sharing a bathroom.

We just ask that you be respectful, accepting of all! We have many different backgrounds living here, no judgemental people. Also be mindful of those that are here to study. There are 2 family’s with little kids living up stairs. We keep things fairly peaceful.
