1 Room near West Hollywood and Beverly Hills

Hello!

My roommate and I are looking for a third female or non-male roommate to take over the room for our current third roommate who is leaving in March. The room for rent is 12ft x 13ft with a large closet of 8.5 ft x 2 ft. Our lease ends in September.

The apartment is 2 stories with a kitchen, living room and guest bath downstairs, and all 3 rooms on the second floor. The apartment has a large balcony with access in the main hallway.

The bathroom is shared with one person. The shower is a shower/bath combo with two shared cabinets. Cabinets include a standard medicine cabinet and a large cabinet under the sink.

We are both graduates from UCLA preparing for law school and grad school while job hunting. Both of us stick to our space for the most part, but we'll occasionally utilize the TV in the living room with friends or boyfriends. Since the bedrooms are upstairs having friends over late isn't an issue for us.

Kitchen has a large pantry with ample storage, as well as extra storage in the kitchen cabinets we haven't fully utilized. There's plenty of space for any kitchen supplies or appliances you want to bring/need.

There's also a cat in the apartment but she's a total sweetheart! She stays in her owner's room the majority of the time. You might see her downstairs late at night or find her exploring if you come home and no one else is.

Additionally my boyfriend is staying here and contributing to utilities, and is working remotely on an EST schedule so will use the living room early in the morning in case of meetings. Other than that he's with me in my room, he's really sweet and can make friends with just about anyone.
