Room in 2b2ba WeHo Apt

Hi y’all! My name is Heather and I am looking for a roommate to move in late-July/ early August (date is flexible-ish) to my 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment! It is located in West Hollywood, just past Beverly Hills, walking distance (0-1 miles) to Beverly Connection & Beverly Center, a Ralph’s, Trader Joe’s, and West Hollywood Park & Rec Center/ Library. Parking is included in a gated/ covered garage, it is a tandem spot. Rent is $1550, water and trash included, and we pay for electricity, gas, and wifi. The pictures I have show the bedroom furnished, but my current roommate is planning on taking everything with her as well as the couch and tv shown in the living room.

A little bit about me- I am 24 originally from Dallas, Texas but moved officially to LA after graduating from UCLA in 2022. I am a water resources engineer, I work hybrid so I am wfh Mondays and Fridays and commute to my office in Pasadena on Tues-Thurs. I love to bake, especially cakes and cupcakes, and am a huge fan of the Dallas Stars (hockey). I am Jewish, I don’t eat pork or shellfish so any of my pots and pans cannot have those in them (aka as long as you use your own for that it is fine), and I typically light candles every Friday night. I am not a neat freak in any way, but I do try to keep the common spaces relatively clean and organized. I am an introverted extrovert, which basically means I enjoy both nights in watching movies and/ or doing puzzles and fun nights out on the town.

I am looking for a roommate ideally in their 20s, any gender, preferably Jewish but not a dealbreaker as long as there is mutual respect for any religious/ cultural practices. If you have a pet that is totally fine as long as you clean up after them (and let me pet them), there is a pet rent for the building (not sure how much).
