Room for Rent – LGBTQ+ Friendly – Sunny Apartment

My landlord is looking for someone to rent a private room in our apartment. We are LGBTQ+ friendly and value a peaceful and respectful environment.

The apartment is bright and gets a lot of natural sunlight. There are two bathrooms: one with a shower and another half-bath without.

We don’t smoke and are looking for someone who also doesn’t smoke. No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the apartment – that includes cigarettes, vapes, or any other substances.

You’ll be living with just me and my landlord. We’re looking for someone who is clean, responsible, and likes to keep things relatively tidy and organized.

There is available parking and laundry in the building
