Hi there! I'm looking for a flatmate (British for roommate) for my gem of a place on the North edge of WeHo from June 1st

🔐 1 month security deposit

The room is ~150 sq ft with a *huge* walk-in closet. Comfy queen bed + two oak desks (could remove one). Own aircon in room.

The big shared space has:
– 55-inch 4K TV, projector, Oculus VR, Nintendo Switch
– Giant cozy couch, two leather recliners, many fluffy blankets
– Big oak dining table (seats 8-10)
– Voice control lights/TV/music, ultra-fast WiFi
– Magical raised porch
– 33 plants and counting

Kitchen has dishwasher, air fryer, nespresso, electric kettle, gas stove, toaster oven, big fridge/freezer, all pots & pans etc.

No smoking inside. 420 OK on the porch. Non-smoker preferred.

Parking & laundry in building. We have two parking spots – one is yours, and I don’t drive so the other is open for our guests.

Building has an amazing, friendly, peaceful community. Occasional get-togethers by the pool etc.

This is rent-controlled and a *great* price for the area. We’re right at the foot of the Hollywood Hills, a block from Sunset Blvd, a 4-minute walk from Trader Joe’s, Landmark Cinema, CVS, Crunch Gym, and more. 15 minutes to Runyon Canyon.
