Looking for 3rd female roommate in Hollywood Home

We are looking for a third female roommate to take space in our home in the heart of Hollywood. Our home is walking distance from several bars, cafes, restaurants, food trucks, stores (CVS, Trader Joe’s, Pavillions, Target, Best Buy) in Los Angeles.

Roommate 1: 29, Afro-Caribbean, Writer, Active, Attends Church
Roommate 2: 29, LGBT, Singer, Foodie, Writer, Painter, Spiritual - Works at a Senior Living

This room has its own private bathroom, bedroom, balcony and its proximity is favorable to the laundry room and thermostat on the third floor. Kitchen is located on second floor, so its location is optimal for light sleepers. The home is located on a four home gated property protected by a code. It also has a garage, dishwasher, street parking, and property parking.

We prefer someone who doesn’t have pets and doesn’t smoke, but we’re open to it with how urgently we need someone to take space in the room. We are clean, working professionals, in and out of the home on errands and to work, when we get home, we like to watch tv, put puzzles together, cook. We primarily stay in our rooms or tend to ourselves aside from the occasional outing or conversation in the kitchen. It’s fine if that’s not your lifestyle. We just ask others to be considerate past 10pm in terms of sound, maintain any messes that are made in the home. Just basic decency.

Available Date: Now-April 1st
Lease Term: Yearly starting April 1st
