This is a fully furnished 2BD apt that's on the ground floor - more like a small house, with an awesome gated front yard.

Looking for a short term room mate 1-3 months. I will also consider just weekly if that fits your needs better. For weekly it would be $600 per 7-day week.

Your room is fully furnished with a small walk-in closet (see Pics). The room has a queen bed, night tables, small leather sofa, and a 48" flat screen TV. If you need a desk in there we can work that out.

Bathroom is shared - it has a full size stall shower and a separate bathtub. Plenty of fresh towels available.

There is a separate laundry room off the kitchen with side-by-side washer and dryer.

Street parking only but no permits needed.

You have full access to everything in the apartment except my room.

I'm 46 - a professional - I work at home running online workshops and working with private clients on zoom. I'm looking for someone who does NOT work from home so our schedules will not clash.

I'm pretty chill and easy to get a long with - we don't do drama or complications here. I say we meaning my dogs too - lol

I have 2 little older Chihuahuas (Jimmy and Terabyte) who are pretty chill and friendly.

The front yard is really great to hang out in - there is a dinning table that will seat 6 and on the other side there is a nice big Sectional sofa. We also have a BBQ in the yard.

You are welcome to entertain as long as you give me notice and are respectful about the property and cleaning up

There are 3 grocery stores within walking distance only several blocks away - and a little Russian store that makes some incredible food daily.
