My roommate is moving out of LA so I'm looking for someone to take over her room in our 2 bed/2 bath apartment on the border of Hollywood and WeHo.

The apartment has in unit laundry and central AC. The building has included tandem parking, a pool, additional laundry facilities, and a gym. Manager lives on site which is really helpful and there's security in the evenings.

I'm 29 and work from home. I have a small dog so would prefer not to have another animal in the home, but am open to discussing it. I live a pretty chill life and am home a lot. I don't need to be friends with my roommate, but that would of course be an added bonus. Hoping to find someone who won't bring the party home every weekend (occasional parties though are totally fine).
