There are laundry machines in the basement that use an app, there is also a coin-op laundromat around one corner and a dry cleaner’s around the other! There is a small covered balcony/sitting area on the first floor of the apartment, as well as a communal rooftop patio with a view of the Hollywood sign. Your roommates would be two young professional males.
