Your Roommates
Drew (30), Jaydon (29) and their adorable French Bulldog, Blu (5 months)! Both Drew and Jaydon are originally from the San Francisco Bay Area. Drew is an event marketing professional in the tech industry. Jaydon works for an advertising/marketing agency, as well as a freelance photographer and videographer. Both roommates are clean, organized, and pretty low-key. If they're not home working away then they're probably out at the gym, on a walk with Blu, or traveling.

The ideal roommate is a young professional in their 20s-30s.

Rent is $1850-ish (STILL BEING FINALIZED) for the private bedroom/bathroom. You will be taking over the remainder of the current lease (expires March 31) and co-signing on a new 12 or 18 month lease starting April 1 (STILL BEING FINALIZED).

Move-in costs: Deposit of $1k + 1st month rent prorated from March move in
