Hi all- Seeking roommate for room in my 2 bedroom WeHo (like proper West Hollywood). It is a lovely private sunny room w new AC, private bathroom in lovely apartment.

About me: am a considerate, busy, friendly, female 9-5 professional with a healthy lifestyle. When I am not working, I love farmers markets, the gym, homemade fresh juices, hikes, tennis, brunch with girlfriends and wine nights. I don’t smoke, don’t do late nights.

About the apt: Renovated, furnished, covered parking garage, secure building. Laundry in building. Available Jan 1 but flexible. 1850 does not include electric (25-60/ mo) or internet (25/mo). You will have to apply with the landlord to be on the lease with me so pls have proof of income for them and good credit. $250 deposit just for the furniture and damages, plus $125 for cleaning on move out. Flexible lease (open to month to month).

I cook and have almost everything you could want: Huron juicer, vitamix, instant pot, food processor, air fryer!

Apartment is clean and my oasis in this crazy city! Would like a professional roommate with similar lifestyle. No pets or smokers, sorry. Please message with a little about yourself.

note: this set-up is best for a roommate who works outside the home most days, since I work from home and we would be on top of each other in the day. sorry!
