Hello! I am looking for a new roommate to occupy a master bedroom (with private bathroom) in a beautiful apartment in East Hollywood. I have been living here for the past two years and my roommate has decided to end his contract and move into a house with his significant other. This place has a great location central to Hollywood as well as Koreatown area in the heart of Los Angeles. Walking distance to several bars and nightlife spots. Looking for someone to move in latest by October 1st or earlier. I am an aspiring actor/comedian and do Administrative work as well as work in the service industry for my day job. I am looking for someone that will maintain the cleanliness of the shared area (kitchen, living room and balcony), is direct/easy to communicate with, and obviously pay rent on time. Amenities included are laundry room as well as a garage with extra storage space. Apart from that I am a pretty chill dude easy to get a long with. I enjoy listening to music and cooking from time to time. Please feel free to message me if you're interested!
