Available - Large Bedroom and shared full Bathroom on a 10,000 sqft lot with an in-ground private Pool all enclosed, gated and very secure. Yard has BBQ and seating areas available in a serene beautiful backyard.

The house is securely monitored, newly remodeled, central air, hardwood floors and cozy fireplace. It has a very large fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counters.

Large bedroom is Internet ready/Roku TV, semi furnished or unfurnished is available. Room spaciously fits a King or Queen Bed, dressers and nightstands. Mirrored closet sliding doors with a light fixture ceiling fan. Window coverings are white plantation shutters overlooking the relaxing garden and pool area.

The upgraded full bathroom has dual glass shower doors and brush nickel fixtures with a walnut cabinet and marble countertop. Laundry area includes full size washer and dryer with a double sink, wall shelves and folding counter space.
